We are excited to design your new website for your Fertility &/or IVF clinic. We want to be a part of the process of connecting your new and current patients with your clinic. The prospect of starting or growing a family should feel happy and hopeful, and that why we will design your online presence to present this to your visitors.

• Getting Started – Once we have engaged in an initial meeting, outlined the game plan, and are ready to get started, we will outline the agreement and send via Docu-sign. As easy as that!
• Design Process – We will send over a set of discovery questions to help us develop the design concepts. If you need a new logo design, please see our Graphic Design service. The process to create the first set of mock up designs take about 1 week from the time we receive your discovery question answers. Once we receive the approval on the concept, we will build out the site on our test server. The buildout process will take 1-2 weeks. Once the site is live on our test server, we then will provide you with a link to view the actual website and we will go through and make changes from there, such as updating images, adding in content, any other adjustments.
• Content Development – Depending on your specific needs, we can migrate current content from your current site or outline the new content needs in our website agreement and have the pages written for you.
• Call To Action – Throughout the website design we will add in Call To Action (CTA) prompts such as your phone number and form fills. Additionally, you can add online chat options.
• Integrating Internal Systems – Maybe your office has a booking/scheduling system, online patient portal, or other systems that you want to integrate with your website, we can absolutely review and provide you option.
